Pentaxid bays placed, ships gone.

What happened?
=> 2 ships got deleted after placing pentaxid hydrobays.
Placed 12 bays in Zeus Deus ship, waited a while went afk, then back, all gone.

Player(s) with issue? (steam name)

How can we help you now?
=> Would like them back, lots and lots invested. The bays may have exploded, but had Patreon core on it so enough fuel, and checked cpu , was ok. Maybe not enough power long run, but had 4 advanced gens on it. Maybe not enough for 12 bays.

Hey, @Victorinox. Welcome to HWS.

Sometimes ships are randomly deleted by a common docking-related bug. Try using cb:restore:ID for each of them :slight_smile:

Says they are deleted when i use restore command. But first got 2 lines that structure cant be sold, then line it is sold, then line restore doesnt work and need to make ticket. Strange ?

I just checked manually, and they were deleted because they existed for longer than 14 days in the starter systems :slight_smile:
Every structure in the starter systems has an individual 14 day timer, which you must leave the system before ends, or it’ll be deleted.

As an exception, I restored them, but make sure to leave ASAP. If you have more structures, they’re probably next in line.
