Penthouse clipping

What happened:
=> After purchasing the penthouse support package, I received the penthouse but it was very close to another Japanese one that was clipping through part of mine. I wasn’t bothered by it at first and only noticed a few days ago that it was actually clipping the through the ceiling of the bedroom area. That was also tolerable, however now the terrain is respawning beneath it, blocking off the bedroom area.

sorry for the inconveniences! I should have spread them out more from each other!
Will fix it for the next season.
I removed that Penthouse from your property for now.

The terrain might regenerate properly with the next restart.
However, once you go close to that old area, the terrain should disappear at its own.
