How can we help you now?
=> My net is sadly always terrible but I love this server, can I be put on a message exclusion list so the message doesn’t always pop up? I only go onto EU server to trade, so my connection should not be an issue to most.

No, there is no whitelist for certain players.
Before the feature was just not working.
Now, everyone with 350+ ping will get kicked.
350 is already a big tolerance, what ping do you have?

Sadly I get 400+/- ping

I had the same thing happen. Weirdly on both NA and EU (I am based in EU so much lower ping there). No issues later on. Had steam update in between, no idea if related but not had it since.
