======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======
What happened: I loaded up EMP Helper - everything else works but when I access the playfields section - nothing loads. I’ve made sure ftp wasn’t activated as it requests.
Everything else works swimmingly. All I want to do is reset the POIs on the starter planets.

are you using the Lite Version?
If so the lite is only for FTP. Where does it tell you that somehting is not working with FTP? Did you download the latest Versin? We just implemented that a few days ago for the lite.
The playfield section requests you to turn off FTP which I did - but when the playfield area loads up this is what it shows - links to Screenshots below:

I’d also like to add that I’ve tried the Full Version and it’s giving me the same issue.
It may be important to note that my server is using hte BI 776 custom Galaxy.

ah ok I see.
Yeah that will not work then. Only way to do it might be over the timetable, or using the full version but with the hoster support (which will not be there if you have to use the lite version)
Gotcha - I got the full version up and running but I’m still having issues resetting the playfields.
What would be the best way to do it over a time table?
