the structure Commander has delays in updating ships you’ve deleted. it’s best to hang around for a few minutes and wait for it to update that ships have been deleted before leaving the sector. you will have to manually fly to those systems and wait for the commander to update that they are gone. otherwise the admins would have a full-time job following us around deleting structures that are no longer there
