What happened?

Unless you have a video, the best I can do is guesswork. The way I see it, there are two options.
Your generators were overloaded due to being CPU inefficient, which after a while, will make your generators blow up. This usually triggers a chain explosion that kills everything in your ship.
You were destroyed by an invisible enemy patrol ship. That can also happen, and itāll only reappear after you restart your game.
Unfortunately, our logs regarding destroyed ships are fairly limited, and in your case we canāt help. The reason that we canāt help, is that after you were destroyed, you modified your ship. I donāt know to what degree due to our logs, and thatās why we canāt help.
But I can at the very minimum see that you looted some containers, meaning if I restore a backup, youād get those items doubled.
If things like this happen, a video is extremely helpful for us, but if you modify the ship, that instantly means we canāt help anymore
Maybe itāll help you if you ask the community for help ingame; they are usually very helpful, and can maybe help you recover a bit.

The CPUs on the ship were not loaded, and there was a similar reserve for generators.

I consider āmodificationsā as placing or removing blocks, or taking or removing items. You took items from the containers, which is what we consider a modification

Because it was decored, meaning you werenāt the owner of it anymore. You can only see ships you own in Structure Commander.
If it had had a core, then you would see it in Structure Commander. If a ship is deleted with a core, youāll see it as deleted in Structure Commander.
Yep, sometimes Empyrion will be Empyrion We do our best to help whenever possible, but itās always difficult when ships are damaged, since our logs are limited. Videos from you are extremely important in such cases, to improve the odds of us being able to help you.
