I’m a Trader with a base on trader world. What other PVE planets in other non starter systems can I build on? The chart on site seems a little confusing to me. Also I can’t find the rule that states how many bases and CV’s you are allowed to build in each PVE system.
They are no other 24hr PVE planets that you can build on. They are several PVE planets that rotate between PVE and PVP and they are other Faction planets that are PVE but as you are a Trader Faction you cannot build on the other faction planets.

As many as you can afford, you will get taxed per core / block
