Question regarding EB Levels and permanent "EB balance support packages"

I own a permanent EB package that allows me to keep 100 million credits through a wipe. On top of that I have a seasonal EB level of 5, which on it´s own would allow me to keep 50 million through a wipe. Do both add up, allowing me to keep 150 million? @Jascha

Yes they add up

They add up now and if you type eb:info into faction chat in-game it will show you the total amount you keep through wipes.
