What happened?
=> I recently tried to spawn my Town Hall, but it didn’t appear and simply disappeared. Its name is “Trebuchet-HAC Xeno1.0” in sector UOW VI in Hettufla, but it simply vanished and didn’t spawn. It took me a long time to farm and assemble it. If possible, I would like to recover it.

Hey, @SDHUNK.

Unfortunately ready-to-spawn blueprints are stored locally, and if you never saw it ingame, it never fully reached the server. Therefore, we have no way to restore it. In this kind of a ticket, a video of the loss would be very helpful*.

The best I can offer you, as a one-time exception, is to restore the ~5 most important resources you lost
For that, I would need a screenshot of the blueprint recipe taken while you’re online on HWS.

reason I ask is that the top 5 resources for this BP are very common.

since there was no reply from @Dr.Dark’s message for roughly 11 hours and wanted to clarify which resources you we’re after so that Dr.Darks work would be depleted as he had no BP to work off.
