What does it say in your dashboard in HWS connect? There should be an entry for the recycle and what happened to the blocks and devices.
There is a laundry list of stuff I was supposed to have received from the recycle in my dashboard, but the only thing in my almost empty OCD was the turrets off the tank. The stuff did not come to my personal inventory either.
Nevermind, it is in there now…several hours later…weird…
HWS connect was acting a bit odd this weekend. The refresh rate was a little behind. Patience is the key
