======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======
**What happened?**
=\> I purchased the 1000 Rich ice pack on connect. I made 12 320k storages and had everything ready because I knew I had to store it and refine it. I could only put 9 ice in a container so I dropped the rest. I switched boxes and the Ice instantly disappeared.

I bought these from the HWS Trader. Why sell 1000 of them in the shop? You can’t possibly put that much in any box or inventory. You’re forced to drop them.

This is my fault i did not realize that they were that heavy and had a instant rate when i submitted it as a trader package.

So I’m just out of luck? You should probably take that off the trader.

It is an automated system, which lets the seller change the package every 7 days.
You dropped or lost 991 Rich Ice, is that correct?
