Only getting 1rp gain for living in pvp. It says 4rp if no pve structures

Good catch. It was missing in the code. I gave you +3 RP for today.  
With the next tool patch it will be 4 RP.

Keep in mind we can’t refund all the RP later since this would take a lot of hours per day to check everyone.

However I might occasionally check certain players if they ping me.
