You can do it yourself with cb:reset.
Just do a csw:shipless command

I tried:

  1. csw:startshipless:NA
  2. cb:reset
  3. logged in EU
  4. tried csw:start:NA (did not work)
  5. logged in NA
  6. now i am stuck on starter with level one (reset worked)
    I hoped it would treat this as my first CSW and copy me from EU to NA.
