=\> i logged in, and my ship was gone, i’m floating in space 😛 i still have the news paper from egs in inv, which i obtained yesterday after arriving in ecc. after that i parked the ship in “Bora” sun.

The vessel was still there according to EAH, so that’s why you didn’t see it as deleted.
In reality the ship was deleted though, so I’ve restored it.
A bug caused it to disappear.
