Always press M and check wipes 
Phoenix is reset by 23:00 restart…
If you wait an admin might be able to give you your ship back.
They might respond today within 1h probably, or else tomorrow.
Could you go to HWS Connect(https://connect.hws.global) and then structure commander, and find your ship, and then copy the ID in here.
