Status with EGS faction started unfriendly

What happened?
=> When I started this season my reputation with the EGS and Freelancer Factions was
and is unfriendly. Is this the way I am supposed to start? What can be done to improve
reputation with these factions?

=> Tell me how to improve my reputation status with these factions. Or reset reputation to
neutral with them. Having OAM and OCD is a waste of resources as it is, Can’t use them from
ECC and EGC HQ.

For now intentional and you can improve the EGS RP on the ECC Planet in the EGS HQ.
Using OAM and OCD does not depend on the NPC Faction Reputation - that is a false claim.

I was fired upon when I approached Racom? I can use OAM remotely but have to pay the fees.
I’ve never been able to use OCD. Will head to ECC planet again and see what happens. Thank you for the update.

there are 2 HQ POIs. one on planet and one in space. all HWS connect features work at both locations. there is a quest on planet HQ to increase EGS RP.
