What happened:
=> steam upgraded my empyrion game to alpha 9.0.0. I cannot access hws alpha 8.7.1 anymore. How can i access hws alpha 8.7.1. I have things to do before the wipe. Help!

If Steam updated the game and you cannot join the server, follow these steps to revert to Alpha 8. • Right click on Empyrion in Steam • Select Properties • Click on the “Betas” tab • Select “Alpha 8” from drop down menu • update the game
just be aware that you will need to follow the same steps to update back to Alpha 9.
