Stranded on "last cry refuge"

What happened?
Mission Last Cry for Refuge, died at the artillery post… i spawned in the middle of the planet.
If I log out, i always spawn at the same spot.

I made it back to the lab to go back to the ark via portal, but it seems i’m in a whole different instance and the door to the portal won’t open.

Bad thing is, all my backback is gone
