Strange movement since last patch

What happened?
=> While on a Space Base or Capital Vessel. If I turn jet pack off, I slide to a corner of the room. Alays same direction. Yes, gravity generators in place. Also, If I am able to stay still. When I move my mouse, I lean to the side. Back and forth. If I enter the Advanced Constructor screen. I wobble or spin in circles. I have rest settings to default. Restarted PC. Nothing works.
