My structures disappeared. I have had a lot of real life things going on, having recently given birth and some other personal issues. I was checking in every 2 weeks to keep everything active. Then I was told that the server was wiped on 6 December 2018. I logged into HWS connect on 7 December (when I was told) and I got an error saying that I didnât have a character on HWS NA.
I assumed that this meant that the server had been wiped and my account deleted.
I then logged in yesterday to find that the server hadnât been wiped and that my structures had disappeared on about the 10th of December. I have a screenshot of the structures which disappeared.

Sorry to hear about the structures. Sadly they are not in our backup anymore.
But that does not mean anymore that they are lost forever. I saw that we still have a chance.
When was the last time this structures where really used (so I donât mean the times you just login to just touch them and refill fuel to keep them alive)? So, how long are you gone already?
Because I still found an older backup we might be able to use (31.10.2018)
If that date is to early, I still have another chance. Just let me know if the 31.10.2018 is ok.
I believe (fingers crossed) that 31 October 2018 might be ok, it had been roughly a month since we had been able to do anything meaningful, in any case, anything will be better than nothing.
Looking back through chatlogs, I can see that the last time we were on in any meaningful capacity was 2 November 2018 - so anything we are missing should be minimal (Bob is my husband which is why we both disappeared).
I checked the backup, but it was corrupted. I guess that was one we used for the devs.
Nevertheless I restored the ships/base from that latest point we had them. Only thing might be that the signals, groups and fuel setttings are missing.
Also I could not find Lewt Bug 5560270 at all
I placed them all in Lawless HQ System close to the spot where your base was originally.
Is there any other way to find the Lewt Bug? It was a private SV of mine but it had all the items that we had acquired over the season (we are new and didnât really know about / use the OCD).
I just realised that I turned off my computer before saving the screenshot that I snipped.
Edit: Thank you for restoring the ships, but it looks like youâve placed them in Freelancer HQ, rather than Lawless HQ. Is there any chance you could please move them? Thank you very much for your help
It was that and the fact that HWS NA showed I had no character that lead me to believe it was true.
