So to cut a long story short i attacked a base on trader origin, i ended up dying but still had taken all main weapons outside out so not a problem, till i relized i couldnt get back up to the top XD my ship and backpack was there, asked for help, no one came…and then watched a guy come over (who i asked for help) just ignore my requests and then proceed to loot my backpack and naff off, even tho he could see i was there, see my ship there etc! 
its not the backpack thats the problem though, its my ship that has all my gear in it. but for some reason i cannot spawn back at home base? why is this? i have been able to before?
Souuuuunds like karma.
As for the spawn at home issue, there have been instances of home settings being lost over time, on spawns, or if the home cv moves. Always recheck home settings before leaving
