Sv: beam me up federation lost in system

What happened:
=> hello, I have everything rdy and spawn sv in federation cryo. however as I set off to leave the starter planet. about to leave the orbit of starter then game frozen and close down. I relog in and found myseft still alive with injury. I check for whereabout my sv, is still there in federation system and are out of range somewhere in air as I don’t think I can bring it down by using command as it still far.

also I wonder about penthouse what is pre season? I am thinking of buying as my starter base until I get everything settle in.
