good news: I could reproduce this issue on my end and Dev fixed it for the next patch! I hope.
bad news: it’s a mess of work to find and restore you database entries.
It would be easy if you can provide a screenshot of the Terminal at the bottom floor: how many certificates and promotion points you got in what category?

Cool you found the problem,
but i am also reading between the lines you can restore promotion points that where lost.

I am still missing 7 Agri point.

and if you wanna give me a little something for not being able to advance in team for 3 days

Mining shuld be as the others, but it got reseted. Certificates he had same amount then promotion points.
