Talon questline issue

What happened?
=> I am trying to complete the questline of Talons with my friend Drakenpit. All solo missions we can do together but he got stuck at Chapter 2: Instigator , part: Atonement. This is where one needs to talk to the moon shaman. I could complete it as the shaman responded, but for my friend he doesnt respond at all. What could be the cause? It is not possible to click through.

it may work again after the POI resets. that POI does exist on every desert oasis planet. would be faster to find another planet.
