Hi, you mean EGS Recycle?

With your ability, you get to use it anywhere, without being in an EGS Recycle zone. It does however, not give you EGS Recycle level 5, which is required to get devices.

Assuming you didn’t upgrade EGS Recycle, this is what applies to you:
