try to move just withing 200m of your ship and type in cb:getshiphere:and the id of your ship to see if that works. Oh once you have dont it or after you typed cb yes run or it will land of your head ad yu will then have to do another command to get unstuck

Should be gone now

Yea cb:getshiphere was the first thing I tried, but it said I was too close to an enemy structure, which was that ship. shrug
