Looking at the topic im getting the idea that you wanna move factions and keep your stuff?

If thats the case set ALL of your stuff to PRIVATE , BEFORE you drop faction to join a new one

In future if you dont fill all the boxes out like above the admins cant help you as youve not given them all the info they need

Thank you for the reply sir Jim… it would be prudent to make note I do not aim to disgruntle those I’ve befriend thus far… 1. It’s a small list on HWS NA and 2. I just want to be left alone in my castle.
Given what you have prescribed, I can see where that would be the end to the solution I am after however I go to change the base to “private” and it thus I am unable to switch it from Faction Owned back to just mine.
Any further advice your royal heinous?
My vessels have remain on private setting, but the base is in the hands of the faction lord.
I’ll ask nicely next I see he is online I suppose, otherwise it would seem I must forfeit the base.

Who else is/was in your faction? Who is the other guy?
Right now I see you in the “USA” faction and you are alone in it?

I don’t see any structures from the USA faction either. Only your private ones.

So is this resolved?

Hello RexXus and thank you for responding in such a short timely manner.
I had moved to AVG and decided to remove myself from there but I know that the base toggle option will not allow me to set my base to PRIVATE.
Currently still asking for your help in the matter.
My vessels have remained private the entire time.

Again, no beefs or salts were in the making of this request nor between he and I and I do not seek to create any.
If a reason were to be questioned than it is all an entirely self devised method for this request.

the easiest way would be to ask the current faction owner or another member to multi tool the core so u could place ur own. admins don’t like to interfere with internal faction issues.

This is not a PURPOSEFUL occasion. The rule settings for toggle switches of ownership and faction back to private is funky and that’s no one’s fault here.

no argument here mate. just trying to find ways to save the admins time. he did request the ID which you can get by opening the console type DI and then point to the ship you’re looking for. at the top of the little box it will give you the ship ID

I placed that base down for him and he changed faction whilst i was there and had to ask dark to change it for him. Thinking about it i did say this before

not really laughing at ur pain. laughing at the situation itself. we have all felt the sting of limitations here. the faction system here is an odd mechanic. only admins of a faction can change things to private but any faction member can kill a core with a multi tool and replace it with their own making it theirs. best habit to leave ur ships private for ur own use and make faction ships as a shared resource for all members. in our group we consider anything factioned to be “acceptable losses”
