Unable to login after reset

What happened?
=> have been unable to use am or ocd for past two/three days. In attempt to correct issue I reset my character (cb:reset). After waiting 10+ sec and relogging, I am presented with faction selection. I choose Proto, and am stuck in an infinite loading screen.

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> 0800 - 0830 EST

=> I was on Proto ice planet. not sure where I am now.

close the game and reverify file integrity through steam then try again.

have already done this. Issue persists.

Looks like it just needed time to let me in. However AM and OCD are still not working…

usually HWS connect doesn’t show any information until it has discovered you in the server. it “should” be restored once you are able to actually get in the server and run the cb:startjobs command.

What do you mean you cannot use it?
How do you use it and where? What error/message do you get?

unable to test atm as I am on starting planet. soon as I can get off planet again, I will try again and update.
I was using hws connect and commands in game. for ex; am:fuel:neodymium:all was not taking the two miner cores I had in pocket. also using oam on connect site to fuel the miner and both resulted with nothing. nothing at all. no fuel in miner or cores taken from my pocket, and no messages.

i believe most of HWS connect is blocked on prototype system. not sure why OAM would be as well. give it a shot after leaving that zone to see if it works.

Thanks guys, It seems to be working now. I think I may have just needed to start the jobs but I didnt know that at the time.
