# Unlock points keep resetting when jumping between NA/EU using CSW

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

**What happened?**  
=\> I had 6235 unlock points on NA. I went to EU through CSW to do my daily eb:interest and vote. I jumped back to NA and noticed that my unlock points were now down to 1245. Same thing happened the day before but I didn’t really think much of it until it happened a 2nd time in 24 hours.
