What happened?
=> Used CSW command ot go to RE2 NA, it seemed to work fine, but when I went to log into the NA server it gave me an error message and crashed. It did this for me and my son, BGhost. Note: I repeatedly tried to logi on and the same error happened again and again wit hthe game crashing and it just went to a red screen then crashed.

=> No clue. It asked me to pick a planet then it seemed to be working the ncrashed. I think because i should be at the CSW palce but something is not synced or something like that, my best guess. You tell me.

=> Gladius-Sword of Caesar - ID: 777456 & Boo, the start ship with lots of mats in it. Mostly pentax, o2 and promethium hydrocells. A big loss.

=> I see my ship i nthe registry on HWS connect, but not the other ship. I also can;t get either his game on his computer nor my game on my computer to load ether of us int the server. It just crashes every time.
I had a draft that I never published, was thsi a reply to that somehow??? I found out I had actually sold the core just spent the money stupidly. lol. So I never posted the support request. I wrote this issue using the draft from before nbut changed the words.
I relogged just now and it took a very long time, but the relief is that my ship is here and my character is ok, but BGhost’s ship is totally gone. So some good news at least. Not sure what the error was. His ship and all contents gone.
Yes that is the main ship that made it. The ship OTHER ship named “Boo” is not even in HWS connect at all. Bghost (my son who is young) and my account can’t see it either.
777456 (Gladius) is the my ship. My son’s ship, aka “Boo” which was the starter ship with all of his XMAS event stuff and about half of my XMAS event stuff were lost, along with a ton of pentax and fuel. We had thousands of fuel and pentax lost too. (We upgraded the storage.)
I don’t know the ID for Boo because it just deleted and is not in his registry nor mine.
Both ships were EGO faction prior to CSW, but at least “Boo” didn’t reappear after the CSW.
Thank you for your assistance @RexXxuS Can you find the ship that was deleted and restore it and the contents? if not maybe reset the XMAS event for him at least? I’m open to suggestions. He’s just a kid and he took it really hard that he lost everything.
THAT IS FANTASTIC! I will CSW him back as soon as he is over the XMAS flu. I think this is great news for him as he got flu right after this happened right before the big day. (25th) Love you guys, and thank you! He was so excited he came to play even though he has flu. HWS Will be our family’s home now.
