So, what is the situation here?
In the video I don’t see Base camping straight away. You flew a bit until you reached the Orbit bases.
Can’t say if they were within the +/- 1500 meter random area.
In general: of course a base can camp a spot. Everything which is stationary within the warp entrance for longer than 3 minutes is considered as camping.
In your case you have traveled for a while before finding these structures, this is not camping. But I also opened a topic on this matter, from a while on the homeworld supergate you are spawned directly in front of the bases!
But this picture is old, now the situation there is simply ridiculous.
“Camping = illegal” is a joke in this season, which is a kind of bad copy of eve online or other similar “same old story” camping games.
