For 100+ other it works great. But you guys have something strange going on.
What browser are you guys using?
Did you clear your recent HWS Cache??

How do I clear the hws cache?
ctrl+shift+del didn’t work on firefox like it does on IE so I did it manully in the options.
CTRL + SHIFT + DEL is an universal shortcut which (should) work.
But good you cleared it manually.
Same advice for you as I gave for Jeeves: please wait full real 24 hours until you click on Claim reward again. Somehow the API is not catching up for you two - for whatever crazy reason.
IDEALLY you would make a video from the whole process (or @Jeeves). From the very first login to HWS Connect to your path of claiming the vote reward.
I want to understand your… pattern, because again: it Works for others and me!
