What happened:
=> Hi, my father voted today and claimed the reward, but he did not get it. There is no info in his log and he can’t claim again. Could you please look into it? Thx

this seems to be a issue at the few… Any chance you could record the story? From logging in to activating the vote… would be of great help <3
Hi, nothing special. My dad logged into HWS Connect, clicked Vote button, logged into vote server through Steam, clicked Vote and then Back button, when the reloaded he closed the tab in browser and returned to tab with HWSC. The Vote button was changed to Claim button, so he clicked it. The pop up window changed to “You have voted and claimed your reward…” And then he clicked Dashboard to see the message in log. You have to usually wait a few minutes and refresh the page to see it but nothing was there.
Everything went well today, he voted and claimed and got the reward a few minutes ago.
Done.
