11/5/2021 Game Crash - ICO DWELL RE SERVER

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> Server did a few DC’s in a row (Server wide), and my crafting ceased, mats lost. It’s not necessarily a HUGE loss, but this glitch or bug (Im not a computer genius here) has happened 3x now. This one is the only one im requesting help with.

How can we help you now?
=> If possible, can i atleast get the Aux core and heavy railguns back? Everything else isnt really worth much. Just ammo which is easily replaced. To be specific it was only (1) aux core (Thankfully), and (4) heavy railguns for CV. If yall don’t have the time to help, its understandable. But if theres a way to prevent this from occuring anymore, i would like to know. I hate making tickets…sounds like whining.

sadly there is no 100% foolproof way to avoid things like this. this is usually due to information overload between the server and everyone connected to it. frequent restarts of the game help to keep most local issues to a minimum which in turn help data transmission. also pausing between several complex actions can help reduce server strain. think of a McDonald’s being run by one person. the more tasks to be done, the worse it gets.

worst case scenario, I have plenty of railgun turret schematics if you want them.

Sadly not much we can do since we have no records of anything.
We can only hope the devs find exceptions they can fix or find out if something special is this.

Dang that sucks. Kinda unreliable lately. I mean… its not like i lost much, but sucks knowing that the server can poop and you lose your stuff from it. I’ll just note that down for the future, and chill out with the amount of shere time i spend specifically here. Thanks for actually taking the time to respond to a ticket though! :slight_smile:
