What happened:
=> I want to reset my account and data with HWS, so I can come back as a new player with everything reset. I am aware of the “CB:RESET” command however it appears this does not reset everything was outlined in the KB. Should I just request the deletion via email?

=> Should I just request the deletion via email? Will this reset absolutely everything, example the ability to go into the staff only area of the starting station and retrieve those items when I start my next character? I basically want to be treated if I just bought the game and I am connecting to your amazing server for the first time. Thank you in advance for your time.
