=> just move them both, in the way i could actualy interact with them, they do not respond to commends.

sv was docked inside cv. all that crap started when i used talon tower, wich spawned some zirax, propably they spawned to close or inside of my ship.

i even can see a copy of my sv in the sky. lol.

now i am dead and stuck at loading screen. propably bcoz game have a problem if i can or cannot spawn at my clone in CV

finally i was able to log back in and rescue my inv. food is gone.

how log does it take to get any help?

Welcome to HWS,
if we are not asleep like 1 hour ago, getting help can take between 10 seconds and hours. Depends how good the ticket was written, details were given, workload exist, etc. etc.
In your case it would be helpful if you could give more information how the ships got stuck in the first place.
Second there are commands that might help yourself next time:
• in the ingame console type: undock 19588969 or undock 24351354
• use HWS Connect and use getshiphere or getshipdown

In your case some weird bug happened and your CV became invisible.

I restored it from backups and recommend to leave Haven forever.

thanks for help, i did write what happened. i asume its just your standard/default auto/spam/response.

i also lost like 200 food or so just bcoz of that,

sometimes its even hard to describe how much F up and buggy this game is.
