What happened?
=> 6 ships disappeared
Warped back to my carrrier with ships, noticed that one ship is missing, restarted game and saw that theres only carrier left and now all docked ships are missing

Most likely they were just deleted by a common docking bug Try to use cb:restore:ID on each of them.

The colors can be fixed using a repair bay. The container names… are less fun
