======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> I just finished upgrading my SV with an augmented shield, and noticed I was missing some armor, so I went to repair them and they wouldn’t replace, but instead floated above where they should fit perfectly. So I relogged, and when I came back… my ship was gone. It isn’t in my in-game registry, but it is still in the HWS structure command under the name Umbra. I can move it to me, but its still not there when I do.

Server? (EU or NA or RE EU or RE NA)
=> HWS RE NA

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> Tuesday, 16 August 2022 23:20 roughly.

On which Playfield?
=> Star system: Paimurath. Sector: DAAOM 15868 IV

Structure Name(s)?
=> Umbra (I went to get its ID, but it is now no longer in my structure list either. Yay.)

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> I can’t. It has vanished completely.

How can we help you now?
=> I’d like my ship back. I just finished farming everything for that darn shield. Sigh…

It isn’t letting me edit the post, but anyway the ship ID is 12626794. It was hidden, and listed as deleted. I most certainly did not delete it. It also says the last time it was touched was five hours ago from the time of this post… Which doesn’t make sense, as I was last inside the ship testing it less than three hours ago.

As you can see, this alpha game is very buggy from time to time.
Your bug happens rarely but to everyone sooner or later, on any server.

I restored your ship near you for now.
