Added items in blueprint factory not registered in my blueprint

What happened?
=> I add 4 heavy railgun turrets and they are not in signed in blueprint factory table (still marked as needed). I done it few days ago and I thought that maybe I did something wrong, but today it happened second time when I put there 4 new freshly made heavy railgun turrets.

=> Please check it and 4 of them I need in my to be added to my blueprint factory and will be good if you will return me anothe 4, because they are quite expensive to make.

I have never heard of a bug that makes items not count when added to the blueprint factory.

What I think is more likely, is that you didn’t add the exact items you needed, so instead the 4 turrets were absorbed for future reference as components, and thereby not really lost. It just wasn’t what you expected :slight_smile:

We can’t really do much to help here, unless you record a video of it happening.

Hi Dr. Dark, I dont have video but I can show pictures of what I made and what still written in blueprint factory. I had 4 heavy railgun turrets from last season saved in my OCD, which were lost few days ago, and I made 4 new ones, which were lost today. Please tell me what I have done wrong.

I placed pictures in discord, patreons, elite and above

Sorry, but screenshots are not enough. I would need a video in this specific case, since I haven’t heard of the bug before :slight_smile:

And I’m still not entirely convinced that a bug happened. For example if you need to craft a blueprint that requires iron ingots, and you put steel blocks into the blueprint factory, it will absorb those steel blocks and convert it into its components, which includes iron.
The steel blocks weren’t lost in this case; just converted.

Reforged Eden 2 has three different types of Heavy Railguns, and if you put the wrong type into the blueprint factory, it would have been converted into components instead, which is my theory.

Said in another way, I don’t think you lost anything; just converted. I would need a video as proof of otherwise in this case.

Thank you for fast reply, I understood all what you mean, but there is a problem here. When you make ship in creative - you place the model of heavy railgun turret in a style you need, using your right click. When you making this turret in game and you place it in factory - it should be accepted without choosing a style because you cannot make this change before it is place on the ship. I think that this is a reason that it not count it as a needed device. Sure that I can remove them from blueprint and place them later manually, but I think that this is reason of issue. Maybe I didnt lost mats, which were spent to make them, but now I will have unnecessary mats in my factory and need to make these turrets one more time and this made me upset :frowning:

I completely understand your frustration.

The good news is, that if I’m right, you didn’t lose anything :slight_smile: All you have to do, is to go into singleplayer, craft a new structure that is just a core and your turrets, and then you should be able to craft that on HWS, since you (hopefully) already added the resources for it.

If that doesn’t help, let me know, any I’ll see what I can do instead.

@Vshade i always record when making BP, csw and using connected hotbar with expensive stuff… Alt×f9 to record and stop. Just delete the vids now and then :slightly_smiling_face:

Windows also have a record thingy I think, never tested.
