Advanced heavy armor cannot be put in OCD

======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened?
=> tried to store Advanced heavy armor in OCD, but got the message “Please take these item out since your OCD has no more space or these items are not allowed”. Since my OCD has plenty of space, I assume its the OCD config what forbids it :slight_smile:
Edit: no durabiity loss, freshly bought items from the market.

Unsure if it is a bug or a deliberate OCD configuration setting of the server

Player(s) with issue? (steam name)
=> Lammaer (but I guess its not just me :smiley: )

Server? (EU or NA or RE EU or RE NA)
=> RE EU

When did it happen? (Use server time: type ingame cb:time)
=> always

On which Playfield?
=> N/A

Structure Name(s)?
=> N/A

Structure ID(s) (Open ingame console and type di)?
=> N/A

How can we help you now?
=> Make this armor OCD storable or just clarify this is not a bug but a deliberate setting for some reason…

not sure on this one, but plz check its not dmg’d in any way… any slighly dmg items and not allowed

as far i know, only durable version of armours are allowed in OCD…plus Abyss and Augmented one
so, durable Epic Heavy Armour is allowed

@gareth surely not, doublechecked it and tried several freshly brought from the market :wink:

@Marko the question is then - why? Are they overpowered by any means? I haven’t seen any info on this, like mentioned in the OCD guide or such. So thats why I tought it could be a bug or just an overlook from the HWS admin side. Especially since durable with exactly the same stats (apart from durability) can be put there…

Advanced is just a naming issue of RE…
Good old name was “Epic Armor” and those were always forbidden.
For the future we might allow it in the OCD, only on RE.

What was the reason of the “ban” of “Epic Armors” from the OCD? Are they inbalanced by any means?

Back in the good days they were good, well epic.
Like in real life right now inflation killed their epic status.
