Alien core and package

i am connected 3 ways. Your site is not to the point and basically confusing maybe by design. to the point i cant get my package from the ecc and alien core. it appears some parts of the patron stuff is working. is there a simple reason.

Nothing is designed to be confusing here I don’t know if you’re referring to HWS Connect or the HWS Guide.

What do you mean you can’t get those two packages?
Also can you please edit your ticket and fill out all the information; then I can check some things manually.

the freebie patreon loot drops are provided in game. visit the EGS HQ base on ECC Planet in Homeworld PvE system and talk to the blonde on the 2nd floor near the patreon posters.

note: be sure ur connected to a container before receiving anything or run the risk providing freshly salted popcorn to bystanders

there lies the problem. wondering why and what’s wrong. IM CONNECTED to hws … steam to hws. hws to discord socially. somw say i need to do this

Connecting your Discord and Patreon will give you a rank in our Discord server, but beyond that nothing. It’s the HWS Connect ↔ Patreon sync that’s important. I can check if you succeeded with the right ingame name.

do:? is only for individually purchased supporter packages, and not for related to Patreon at all, if I remember right.
But the packages in the do:info at least, those are unrelated to Patreon for sure.

Only the NPC lady in ECC will tell you what you have available.

Old Bob exists. You did not successfully sync your HWS Connect and Patreon yet. I would recommend following this guide below. It explains how to do it.

try these exact steps in order.

1, go to patreon.com and sign out

2, go to the supporter page on HWS connect HWS Connect | Empyrion Homeworld Server

3, click Show Patreons, then click Link your Patreon Account

4, log into the patreon.com site in the popup window

5, fireworks = mission complete
