do u currently have recycle level 5? that is the only level that gives back an alien core. also check the dashboard logs. they reveal what happens with each block… usually 
Yes I have ocd 5 this will be the 3rd alien core I have lost this way.
wow that’s rough. does the dashboard show anything useful? my guess is a CoQ of sorts when the return box was supposed to pop up. this has happened with a few different HWS connect commands as of late. i would imagine log files would help the admins on this one. do u know how to locate and upload the ones needed?

it did have an alien core.

Hm, sorry, that is all I know.
If you purchase them you have them in a “stack”. You can get them with do:rp:ac out of the stack.
But if it’s now in a structure, in which structure, has nothing to do with do:rp:ac.
every ship i have made has had an alien core that ship 100% had an alien core.
that ship on the left is a zirax ship i recycled not my ship also
do you have a screenshot of your control panel > Device list maybe in combination with “di” active in the console?
That would solve the mystery easy I guess.
