Where/how do they respawn? Do they randomly respawn on planets? And on what planets? And is this only after a server restart or can it happen at any time the aliens aren’t maxed out? Does this include enemy bases with epic weapons?
They will spawn randomly, at any time. It will not start until a few days though, We dont want to make the universe to hard early on 
whilst there is still lots of POI to take on there is no need to incorporate the ‘full aliens’
This includes
-Frighters
-Alien attacks
-Alien bases
We want to give the players a chance first to get a little prepared
and yes Aliens hold EPICS and AM CORES
amognst other special items also…
