======= NOTICE FOR HELP =======

What happened: My Orbital Base and my expensive HWS garage’s Titan-S disappeared without reason, in the proximity log I did not find anything that makes me think of an attack (also there was offline protection)

How can we help you now: I would like to know why they have disappeared and if it is possible to get them back, especially the Titan-S

The reason is you not touching them for more then 10 days.

I restored them for the fee of 150k and 2 RP

Please take better care of your structures and check your structure list more often.

so it is not enough to log in, we are obliged to visit every single structure with the character? :confused:

You have to touch them. Not control panel, but go stand on it. Fly it. Do something with it or it’s just a memory.

Yes, touching is meant literally. You need to make physical contact.
