oooooh… Now thats worth fighting for. You can build a base anywhere… but you cant get things like that. That makes coveted holy wars. 
Yuuup. As i said - biggest wars are either driven by either conviction or lust (craving for ohter people stuff). I don’t think we can make religious or political wars happen, but we still need something to motivate the fighting. What better motivation is there than gold?
