=> Due to the server save file issue, I lost my very expensive augmented armor, cargo augment and voidium drill

How can we help you now?
=> If you can, please refund these 3 items into the “Refund box (thank you)” container controller of my Helix Orbital base or whatever is most convenient for you. I am providing a screenshot with proof from April 6th that I had them, I don’t mouse over them but they are the only objects in the game with those icons. I’m wearing the armor and booster and the voidium drill is in slot 9 of my tool bar. Thank you for any help given and the help already given by restoring my base, please take care.
so when I csw’d back to EU to go get them, they instantly appeared in my inventory… and when I got warped to my ship and my inventory from NA was restored due to the CSW, my refunded items were overwritten and I lost them again…
