If not what are the major hurdles?

as written in the PM. It’s hard to maintain more than 2 servers, the 2 are already insane.
Not speaking of the cost, admin required for that, timezone issues and gameplay setup to make it worthwhile.
So for now all request we got already regarding a Brasil, Chinese, Africa and Russian server can’t be fulfilled because we are only 1-2 persons maintaining a 1000+ community on 2 servers.
Maybe in the future if we become even bigger.
