Backpack fell thru floor/ not retrievable

What happened?
=> Backpack fell through the floor of a mission poi and the floor blocks are invincible. Just after that the server restart came and I lost everything. I had spent a lot of credits on the had. I am a master patreon and have purchased many support packs so far and I would very much appreciate some customer service.

Backpack through the floor is an age old empyrion bug. Not something the admins can fix.

Btw being patron doesnt grant you any special treatment per say.
Patreon is about supporting the community and the hws team for the servers

For the future make sure to not do POIs before or after a server restart.
