Backpack lost with drone

What happened?
=> Hey, i lost everything in my inventory while i was doing an istance in one of the portals. It is one of hacking a server or something. I was dieing and i pressed f5 for the drone to collect everything i had but when i collected, i died and now there is no more the back pack at the floor.

=> About ten minutes ago

One red shootgun, 200 bullets or more
a portable radar
a red cool rocket launcher and 100 or more autotarget missiles
10 or more yellow rations (food)
more than 20 orange curative things
more than 4000 erestrum ore (i think it is erestrum, it is the green one from a previous portal)
and i dont remember the other things but ok, shit happens

Hey! Today i checked, the mission i have done is not about losing the backpack as the upper level ones. This one is called Elemental Hacking. I think i have lost the backpack due to a bug because i followed the rules
