This reforge2 has a bit too many bugs. For example I started playing on Tallordar (to be an engineer already) … too bad that on the planet there is no broken antenna, and therefore I can not do the missions to increase reputation with the Polaris. I tried to see Akua, but it does not accept me to start the prologue. I do not want to start again and I am too weak to kill Zirax.

The lack of an antenna is most likely the result of RE 2 being a singleplayer scenario, but being used on a multiplayer server. Someone might have scrapped it.
But most of the first starter missions can be skipped if you’re stuck, by opening the PDA mission and checking the little blue box by the mission.
And yes, not all starter planets have access to the main story, by choice of the RE devs. If you can’t access it, you have to use the cb:reset command, and switch to one of the starter planets that do.
just a FYI.. you dont have to use the cb:reset command.. just simply fly to the other starter with the starter cv (egs:spawn), there you can continue your quest line.

Assuming you’re referring to access to the main story or not.
If you mean missing antenna, then yep.
if I do cb:reset I lose all the progress I’ve made… the base, the new ship I’ve built. 
correct, cb:reset wipes your progress.. you can always try and skip the quest if it allows you (check the box on the quest page)
